Living the Five Virtues
When your practice is calling you to go beyond the physical… Join us and learn how to live a life full of meaning and integrity. Witness your actions as they become more mindful and align with your beliefs. Immerse yourself in our six-month study with a group of dedicated students who are ready to delve more deeply into the principles and traditions of Yoga. This is a perfect course for anyone who wishes to soak up yogic wisdom or become an example of leadership in their field. Join us for a course that includes courageous personal reflection that allows the highest version of yourself to shine through, and your best life to emerge.

Five Virtues 2.0
When it feels you have lost your way or your faith in humanity is dwindling, it may be time to come home to yourself. After taking our first course, Living the Five Virtues, you may find yourself missing the spiritual community, the place to uncover, investigate and share the truth of who you are. In our next piece of the puzzle, we invite you to delve deeper as we explore the idea that virtue is something that is living, movable; changing from moment to moment. As we grow and change, living from a place of virtue will grow and change. We shift from an outer authority or ethical code, to living from our inner resources that are ever changing in response to the moment at hand.
The Five Virtues 2.0 will give us time to explore your own inner knowing through meditation, yoga, readings and communal book discussion time. Each book will invite you to cultivate your inner beliefs and bring them to life in your outer world.

Virtual: A Year of Rest & Play
Want to learn to follow the gentle rhythms of nature? How to rest and sleep without guilt or irritation? How to play when maybe you (like me) aren’t even sure what that means as an adult? Want to live your life more fully and connect with your inner knowing to live in a heartfelt way? Then join me, Liz, for a year-long gathering from the comfort of your home. Together, we can be curious, try new things, and maybe even find some joy!
Each year, we create a theme for our studio that follows the rhythms of nature. One thing I have noticed each year is how difficult it can be to “buck the system” and return to the natural order of things. This year, I am excited to offer a year-long offer dedicated to community healing. Let’s get inspired together and learn how the ripple effects of our tiny actions create powerful healing in the communities that surround us. Join us for the theme of 2024: Rest & Play.

(Play) Limitless: Level 3
When your practice is steady and you are ready to tap into your potential… come, join a group of dedicated students and teachers, and see what you are capable of. As we breathe and move together, we will (re)awaken the body and stir the soul. This is the place to you try things you’ve never tried before or find ease in a pose that has been been eluding you for years. Here we will refine patterns of movement to re-energize and stabilize the physical body, allowing the physical practices to culminate into moments of open, expanded awareness and clear seeing. This class will help you find the full expression of your yoga and rediscover that sense of being limitless: deep roots, wide wings, pure potential.
This is not a multi-level class, but a Level 3 and beyond. At times, the physical aspects may be the most challenging for you, and at others, it may be the mental or emotional practices that may be the challenge that day. Each class will be a little different. Please know that regardless of the higher level of learning, this room will continue to be a non-competitive space. We are all in this together. The Limitless practice is not about performing a pose, but about discovering the heart of practice so its effects thread throughout your daily life and into the world. Ironically, class size is limited to 15 people.
