Low back pain? SI joint pain? What’s the difference, and does it matter? This workshop with Jill begins with a bit of anatomy and a gentle short flow to determine exactly where your back hurts (it can be hard to tell!). Plant Swap and Rain's Garden Love

Join Greenville Yoga friends and family for our fourth annual plant swap and garden clean up!

Plant swap: Bring plant cuttings (indoor or outdoor), plants you wish to share, pots and soil. Take home any plants you wish from the offerings.

Garden love: While you are here, Rain’s Garden and our studio will get a glow up! Bring gloves to weed flower beds or a shovel to plant some new flowers, sunflower seeds and more. Inside, we will have a few light-duty projects to make our studio sparkle and shine. Many hands make light work.

This event is FREE, open to all and will be held rain or shine. We will even have a fun beverage truck here to quench your thirst! Come see us and enjoy a day of community.
