Dress in comfy clothes. While most sound baths are experienced while lying down, students are encouraged to allow their bodies to move & change positions in ways that allow them to feel most comfortable. Sound vibrations may cause the body to ask for energy to be released through some movement. You are also invited to bring a journal to write about your experience or other objects that might be part of your full moon rituals.
