This immersive, 15-month program is intentionally paced to give you the time and space to fully absorb, embody, and integrate what you learn — so the transformation is real and lasting. Training is divided into three comprehensive segments. You can begin in Segment 1 or 2, and complete all three to be eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance.
We are a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance and are currently expanding our curriculum to meet their advanced standards — a reflection of our ongoing commitment to excellence and integrity in yoga education. We value depth over speed, and our structure supports lifelong learning and authentic understanding.
Liz has been leading Yoga Alliance approved trainings since 2006. She has trained over 300 students, in the Upstate and beyond, many of whom have become beloved teachers and studio owners. Our graduates come from across the U.S. — including Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas — and have gone on to teach both nationally and internationally in places like Germany and England. Many have even launched their own thriving studios, including:

From Instructor to Teacher
Each teacher will leave with a deeper understanding of yoga as a spiritual tradition and a way to transform the body, mind and heart. As well as learning key points about the business of yoga that will be essential for your success as a teacher.
Explore the difference between an instructor (someone who simply calls out cues) and a teacher (someone who sees and holds space). Learn how to communicate clearly, teach in levels and inspire your students. Time will be spent practice teaching and you will be given clear, constructive feedback.
Think of this piece as the “nitty-gritties” of teaching- effective communication, uncovering your gifts, writing a bio, creating your yoga offerings, insurance, registering with Yoga Alliance, et cetera.
Course also includes a one-on-one coaching session with Liz. Explore where you are in your teaching path and uncover any blocks you may have to help you get out of the way and teach!
Please join us if you are already teaching, but wish to grow your classes in a whole new way.
