Join us for Club Meditate, a welcoming, workshop-style meditation classes. Each class is part practice, part community — with time to explore different meditation techniques, reflect, listen and option to share what arises.
Perfect for brand-new and experienced meditators who want to practice with others in a warm, supportive space.
What to Expect:
Each session of Club Meditate will follow a gentle, workshop-style flow:
A brief introduction to the week’s meditation theme or style
A guided meditation practice
Time to reflect or journal about your experience
Optional sharing with group
A welcoming space where curiosity is encouraged and all experiences are honored
Leave feeling grounded, calm and connected
**You can bring your own journal or journals will be provided if you do not have one**
When: Tuesdays: 2/17, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Cost: Regular class rates apply, join us for all 4 sessions or drop in as you like
