In this 75-minute class, we’ll break down the foundations of forearm balance and handstand in a way that’s accessible, safe, and confidence-building. You don’t need to have either pose in your practice—just a willingness to explore and play.

How to safely prepare your shoulders, core, and wrists
How to use the wall as a helpful tool
Step-by-step practices to build strength and confidence
Simple techniques to overcome fear and build trust in your body
We’ll begin with a warm-up to prepare the body, spend focused time exploring inversions with plenty of options, and finish with grounding poses to help you land feeling strong and calm.
