First, we work with the fussiness of the body so we can hear what’s in the mind. Then we find space in the mind to listen to the heart. This is the work we can do to anchor ourselves into what is of value and meaning in our lives. Learning to live from the heart may just be the most simple gift we can offer the world.
This class will be a perfect way to close the year and find your aim for the year to come. Liz will lead you through a gentle yoga practice to soothe the nervous system and smooth our rough edges. We will then drop into a brief meditation to clear the mind and tap into the heart. As we begin to listen to the heart, we will engage in practices Liz learned from Elizabeth Gilbert to access our inner knowing. There will be community connection time as well.
