This workshop is designed to settle you into the basics of coming to a yoga studio, introduction to yoga philosophy, intention setting, breath-initiated movement, foundational poses used in most yoga classes, including. final relaxation pose! Liz will watch and guide you and get you started on a yoga path that is safe and works well for your body over the long term.
Start your practice comfortably knowing that there is something for every body as we leave judgement behind and replace it with confidence and kindness for ourselves. If you have ever wondered, “Can I do this?” Come find the answer in this 4-Week Series. Drop-in students are welcome if there is room. However, each week will build upon the previous week giving you an in-depth overview suited for all.
