Awake & Aligned helps dedicated yoga seekers move beyond a surface-level practice into a deeply integrated life path. Through a blend of yogic philosophy, breathwork, embodied movement, and mindful community, this 6-month program creates a calm, supportive space to deepen your practice, cultivate inner clarity, and experience a true sense of belonging.
Join Liz & Friends for a six-month journey designed for yogis who sense there’s more to life—and feel a deep longing to connect with something greater. This course is ideal for those drawn to both spiritual and physical teachings: committed students (not yet looking to teach), aspiring teachers, and YTT grads craving deeper integration. (Liz rewrote most of the program in 2025 to reflect what we truly need as humans today.)

🌱✨🌻 A note from Liz: Ever since I was little, I knew there was more to life. I was often the odd kid who marched to the beat of her own drum and felt life intensely. I wanted to experience it all and wasn’t afraid of what others thought. At 15, I pierced my nose and shaved ½ my head. At 17, I graduated High School a year early and went to college. At 19, I packed up and moved to California (even though I only knew 2 people). It was there that I fell into yoga, meditation, tarot, Sufism, and other ways of thinking, living and being. As life continued, I continued to search for meaning through dedicated time with teachers (traditional and modern). I ended up learning Advaita Vedanta and studying the Bhagavad Gita for seven years with a Swami from Arsha Vidya Gurukulam. Then later studied Buddhism and transpersonal psychology with Yin teachers, Sarah and Ty Powers. And most recently, I had the privilege of studying with Martha Beck (a modern mystic for sure). Each gave me a different seed as a means to keep awakening. Every step was a way to find inner freedom. Listening to my own intuition / inner knowing while also holding others (plants, humans, animals, earth) in a place of kindness and love. All of these seeds are the basis of this offering. May it be taken in the spirit offered. Om Shala (spirit willing)!
