Wayfinding with Liz & Friends

When going through the Martha Beck coaching program, we’re asked to uncover our deepest limiting beliefs in order to reconnect with our essential self—that version of us that exists beyond social conditioning. It’s powerful, transformative work. And as you can imagine, the journey forms a deep bond with those who walk beside you, cheering you on every step of the way.

In my cohort, I was incredibly fortunate to connect with Marie of MEspin Coaching. We became fast friends, meeting every other week for the past three years. Marie brings wisdom well beyond her years and a gift for guiding others through small, steady steps that create lasting change.

The following year, my friend Amanda took a leap of faith into the world of coaching. She left behind a dynamic corporate career to pursue her true calling in leadership coaching and consulting. In her cohort, she connected with Kali Jaye—another bold soul who followed her heart from Alabama to California, leaving the security of corporate life to help others discover and share their stories.

Last October, the four of us met in person for the first time—and something magical happened. We laughed, cried, and even survived a 5:30 a.m. fire alarm, descending 23 flights of stairs together, still smiling. These women have become my soul sisters. We meet weekly to support and inspire each other as we navigate our individual quests. Hence our chat name, the Quest Queens.

It’s my deepest honor to introduce you to their work. Each offers one-on-one coaching, and together, they will be collaborating with Greenville Yoga to create powerful, unique offerings designed to elevate your quality of life and deepen your connection to self.

Kali Jaye

I help high-achieving, overwhelmed women like you stop burning out and use your energy more strategically, with the kind of clear authority that earns respect and gets people to step up.

Hi! I’m Kali. I’ve been a counselor, a corporate leader, and a sober single parent. I know what it’s like to be everything to everyone — to be the one keeping it all together, yet still feeling like you’re letting people down.

I’ve spent over 20 years learning everything I can about boundaries, leadership, and self-respect. I have a master’s in counseling from Boston College, three coaching certifications, psychoanalytic training, corporate leadership training, and enough education to put me about $200K deep in expertise.

Most of my real learning didn’t come from education, though. It came from failing hard and figuring out what actually works (aka, f*cking around and finding out). Addiction taught me about boundaries, rock-bottom moments taught me resilience, horrible relationships taught me to quiet my inner critic, and toxic environments taught me self-trust.

You don’t need to hit rock bottom — or spend $200K — to figure this out, though.

This is for the female leader who’s done overthinking and over-functioning — who’s ready to set solid boundaries, handle difficult conversations with grace, and move through the world with the kind of self-trust that inspires and motivates others.

I know you can do this, because I’ve done it, and I've watched other women, do it too. Women just like you, who realize they're not the problem -- the expectation that they'll keep over-functioning and fixing everything is the problem. I've watched them stop proving, pleasing, and filling their agendas with everyone else's priorities, and it's my favorite thing in the world to witness. Because once they do that?

They don’t just feel better, they become undeniably effective.

Liz Delaney

If you are feeling stuck, tired, or uninspired, join Liz for compassionate conversations to guide you through life’s transitions and pivotal moments. Together, we can define what success and happiness means in order to create a life you love. We will laugh, cry, take small steps and giant leaps together. Just as yoga can shine a light on ways your body is misaligned; our bodies, hearts and minds will let us know when our lives are out of alignment. Liz can help you find your way back.

While Liz’s main focus is guiding yoga teachers and yoga business owners at her side business The Conscious Path; she can still help those moments in life you feel stuck. Unlike therapy, sometimes all you need is one big conversation to find forward movement. Book an individual session anytime you wish to explore coaching to see if it’s right for you.

Liz completed Wayfinder Life Coach Training with Martha Beck and her awesome staff which included nine months of study and 70+ hours of practicum sessions. Liz has completed her mentorship program with the Martha Beck Institute and is officially a graduate and MBI Certified Coach. Marie Espinosa

Marie is a thought curandera who bridges the mystical, the natural, and the practical, guiding you toward internal peace and a deeper sense of wholeness. She journeys alongside you, helping you uncover deeper meaning as your life’s story unfolds.

About me:

I was born and raised in the bi-cultural region of El Paso, in far west Texas. Desert mountains, starry skies, and intense heat are home to me.

I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's in Philosophy from the University of Texas El Paso. I have been an educator for over 20 years, first as a jr. high math teacher and then as a philosophy instructor. My areas of focus include Stoicism, Pragmatism, philosophy of mathematics, and embodied pedagogy.

I have been married for over 20 years. We are each other's best friends, lovers, and fiercest supporters. We share a “true love” story and it has been hard and beautifully earned. Together, we are raising three sons each with a magic of their own.

I love timers, post-its, and productivity hacks. I dance between Eastern and Western philosophy, embracing that the “answer” often exists in the paradox. I love my friends, being outside in nature, enjoying delicious food, speaking with the ancestors, doing math problems for fun, and aiming to live a life on purpose.

As your coach I can guide and support you in finding clarity and purpose in the different seasons and areas of your life. I do this by providing a safe place for you to think out loud without judgment. I help you poke, prod, and be honest about things you are scared to look at but feel you should. You already hold the power to shape your own future and create a life aligned with your deepest desires. I walk beside you for a while, holding space as your truth unfolds.

Wayfinding, also called coaching or spiritual direction, is a path of space holding, curious questioning and uncovering the truest version of yourself. In listening to this essential self, it begins to guide you and move you into a life aligned. It all starts with one conversation, and you never know where it may lead.

Wayfinder Life Coach Training is led by Martha Beck. All tools Amanda, Kali, Liz & Marie use come directly from their training as a Wayfinder Life Coaches and life experience.
