Welcome the season of renewal with a deeply restorative yin practice to bring body and mind into balance. This seasonal offering is a series of long-held, passive poses that focus on the energy meridians associated with Spring in TCM - the liver and gallbladder. Through slow, deep holds, we create inner space to shed winter’s stagnation and allow new energy to emerge. We will nurture ourselves on our mats, embracing the vitality of Spring and preparing to bloom!
