Anaya Crow

Anaya loves teaching classes that create a safe space for exploration, joy and rest. She also offers opportunities to connect to fellow students in the room, understanding that a sense of belonging and building community are a huge part of the healing journey. Each practice with Anaya is an invitation to meet yourself with compassionate curiosity.

Anaya began a deeper dive into yoga with a desire to support people, including herself, through trauma recovery (i.e. PTSD, CPTSD). During her own journey, she learned how traumatic memory can be stored in the cells of the body and how important it is to involve the body in the healing process. Over the years, as Anaya taught the power of movement, breathwork and sound, it also led her back to her first love - music. Yoga re-opened the door to creative self-expression, bringing back that childlike sense of wonder & playfulness.

Anaya has been teaching since 2018 and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with trauma-informed training. She is also certified in sound healing, and as a recovery support specialist for mental health and addiction. She has taught in settings for mental health, grief, sexual assault survivors, first responders and cancer survivors.

In addition to yoga, Anaya loves singing, dancing, hiking, traveling, trying new things, & spending time with her husband & son.

Anaya offers private yoga & sound healing sessions, workshops, retreats, trainings, & special events.
