Nikki Childress

Nikki’s experience with movement started at age three with dance. Dance class was a safe space growing up which gave her confidence & connection. Yoga and Meditation have helped her in that same way in her adult life as a path to navigate through self-inquiry, anxiety & loss. It is Nikki’s intention to share a safe space for you to explore how yoga practice can become meaningful for you.

Nikki trained with Brian Delaney and Vibrant Life Yoga. Her classes are breath-inspired classes with just the right amount of challenge. Nikki's classes are an opportunity to center yourself through deep breathing, meditation, and movement at a slow and steady pace. Nikki's natural voice is attributed as a unique offering to the space, bringing a sense of ease in your practice experience.
