If you are:
feeling stuck and unsure where your life is going
keen to support wildlife
interested in exploring a connection to wilderness
just want to join in community for something different to kickstart your 2025
then you won’t want to miss this! As we embark on the New Year, we will come together to learn the art of tracking and how you can follow the little hints and clues to create a life you love. Join Liz Delaney of Greenville Yoga and Laura Messer of Yoga for the Wild for an adventure into Africa. This offering includes a talk given by Laura about her retreats in Kenya and Zimbabwe and the meaningful encounters she's had in the bush. We'll also have, a community book club and some group coaching led by Liz that might just uncover your next path!
If you missed the gathering on 1/18, it’s okay! Feel free to join us for oru book talk and group coaching on Saturday, 2/15. We met Saturday, 1/18 for a presentation given by Laura, an avid conservationist and yoga teacher who leads retreats in Africa and beyond supporting various wildlife conservation organizations. She shared a slide show to get us thinking about life in the wild. At this time, our book club books were passed out (purchased locally)- The Lion Tracker’s Guide to Life by Boyd Varty. Both Liz and Laura were drawn to and inspired by the stories Varty shares in this short yet profound book.
We will meet again Saturday, for some coaching with Liz, a trained coach from Martha Beck Institute, the same coach that trained Boyd Varty. Following journal time, we will gather for community connection and book discussion.
Saturday, February 15th from 12:30-2:30pm
Cost: donation to attend (proceeds go to Ol Pejeta Conservancy)
