You Can Always Begin Again

I neglected my lifelong yoga practice for the last 4 years. Then recently I came back to it at Greenville Yoga almost daily over the last 2 months.

COMMUNITY: Moving from Charleston to Greenville meant losing my tribe and enduring years of isolation, anxiety, loss of self while focusing on other responsibilities. Returning to daily yoga, continues to brighten my energy. But most importantly, it gave me a priceless community of kind, supportive people and some new dear friends. This community has brought joy, connection and a true sense of belonging back into my life. As a communal soul, my gratitude overflows.

PEACE-Life before felt "racing to aspect after aspect needing to be solved" and now flows as issues arise and solutions follow..

JOY-Before my daily practice started 2 months ago, I had also neglected space for my creative self for many years. Daily practice has now reconnected me to not only my creativity but also the understanding that is "the way" for me, and a deep spiritual  part of me is now coming to life again. I am painting and creating again almost daily.

STRESS-In my profession, I choose to regulate myself every morning, so I can continue to regulate my clients throughout the day. My yoga practice is tremendously important to my own central nervous system health.

HEALTH-And in reflection, daily practice allows me to live without aches and pains that I used to simply accept as normal. My mobility has become the only way I want to live again. Pain free.

Thank you Greenville Yoga for the daily inspiration. Much love all! Rebecca
