Keri Marino

Keri Marino is a Women’s Empowerment Yoga Therapist and the Founder of The Nourished Woman Podcast, where she shares honest conversations on yoga, emotional healing, and women’s growth.

With over 16 years of experience, she blends somatic yoga, nervous system support, and soulful inner work to help women feel grounded, confident, and connected — both on and off the mat. 

Her classes are known for their calm presence, thoughtful sequencing, and ability to meet women exactly where they are.

Keri believes yoga is more than movement — it’s a relationship with yourself. 

Through restorative practices, breathwork, and mindful strength, she creates space for women to soften, grow, and expand in ways that feel both practical and deeply spiritual.

Outside the studio, she’s a mama of three who loves being outdoors, cooking nourishing meals, and laughing with her husband.
