This class is perfect for those new-ish to yoga or for those wanting to get more clear instruction on foundational aspects of yoga. Brian will guide you through yoga basics in a question / answer format. This will not be a flow class. This will be the first in a series of offerings to help you find comfort and ease in your yoga practice.
October session is all about the breath! Learn mechanics of breathing as well as the why and how of breathwork. Apply this breath to simple movements and see how this changes everything (in yoga and in life).
