Join us for a Rain’s Garden event (weather permitting) that includes some play! Lorraine’s sister, Jenn, owns Phoenix Fitness in Simpsonville. She hosts an event each year in Rain’s honor to raise money for Greenville Cancer Society (now known as Neighborhood Cancer Connection). This year, we are hosting the event in our garden! If it rains, we will be in studio with doors open.

• Pound Class with Jenn 9:30-10:15am

  • using drum sticks for an aerobic workout

  • have some fun and move your body in a different way

  • suitable for beginners

• Yin Yoga with Liz 11am-12pm

  • a yoga practice of stillness and quiet

  • get into a simple shape on the ground and stay a while

  • all bodies, levels of experience welcome

• Silent auction winners announced, gathering and cake 12-12:30pm
