According to Chinese Medicine, the foundation of Yin / Taoist Yoga, fall is a time we can cultivate anxiety or equanimity. This special 2-hour fall session with Deb will give you space and time to release feelings of stress, overwhelm or anxiousness and to move more into harmony and balance. This sequence relieves physical tension from the upper back and hip flexors which can also free up low back pain.
