Five Virtues is one of my favorite things to teach… it’s a space to find your spiritual friends and connect on a deeper level. Spring of 2025, join Liz for Living the Five Virtues 2.0. We will read books, meditate, journal, and practice yoga and breathwork together. This will be the place and time to remember the truth and beauty of who you are. More details to come.
