Time to Decompress

My life before Greenville Yoga was definitely a bit unstructured. I was not exercising enough and I felt emotionally unregulated. 

My life has improved quite a bit since I started doing yoga. Aside from obtaining the physical benefits I was hoping for initially, I've also noticed a significant improvement in my mental health. I look forward to being in the studio and knowing I've made time for myself to decompress.
