Callie first discovered yoga while attempting to come to grips with the death of her mother. Full of sadness and despair, she thought joining a yoga class would be a good way to help cope with grief. It only took a few more sessions for Callie to know without a doubt that on the mat is where she had to be going forward, regardless of having zero experience. Callie's passion for yoga began when she discovered the profound impact it had on both her physical and mental health. Her dedication to the practice led her to become a certified yoga instructor and for the last 2 years, she has guided students of all levels through their own transformational yoga journeys.
