Join Liz Meeker for a time of reflection and intention-setting to deepen your yoga practice and awaken your life. We'll spend 45 minutes moving our bodies in a flow/asana practice in preparation for our 20 minutes meditating. Learn more about the purpose, benefits and nuances of a regular meditation practice. There will be time at the end of class for discussion and questions. Come ready to learn and grow together into 2022!
