This 4-week series is designed to help students build strength, body awareness, and confidence through intentional movement. Each class will explore how strength and mindfulness work together – not from a place of performance or perfection, but from curiosity, connection, and sustainability.
Week 1- Core & Foundation – Building awareness of breath, posture, stability, and deep core engagement
Week 2 – Upper Body Strength – Exploring shoulder stability, pushing/pulling patterns, and functional upper body strength
Week 3- Lower body strength and balance – Developing balance, hinging/squatting patterns, and functional lower body strength
Week 4- Integration – Bringing everything together through full-body movement, coordination, and flow
This series is for anyone curious about developing a deeper relationship with their body and movement practice. Whether you are newer to strength work or a long-time yogi looking to feel more stable, connected, and empowered, this space is designed to meet you where you are.
