Do you wish you felt more ease and peace within your body and mind? Would you like more tools to manage and transform your stress and anxiety? In this class series, you will discover yoga practices that help to soothe and settle your nervous system, allowing you to feel more spacious and connected to Self and the present moment. You will be able to take these exercises into action as you need them, refine them to serve your needs, and integrate the information into your being, so that it becomes living wisdom to enhance your life.
During this 8-session program, led by Kristen Albert, you will gain knowledge of a variety of practices that can help you feel more resilient when faced with stress and anxiety. This small group yoga therapy series will include mindful movement, yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama (breath work), meditation, reflection, and community connection. Because this is a series, you will have the opportunity to practice and absorb the exercises in between sessions to see how they integrate and land in your body. If you are unable to attend a class, a zoom recording of the session can be emailed to practice in your own time.
