From Keri- Most women I work with know they need to slow down…but don’t actually know how to support their nervous system when it matters most. You might notice yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, emotionally reactive…or trying to “calm down” but it doesn’t really work. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to actually tend to your nervous system using yoga as a practical, supportive tool.
We’ll explore not just the what — but the how. You’ll learn:
how to recognize your own nervous system patterns in real time
what your body actually needs in moments of stress, anxiety, or shutdown
how different styles of yoga support different nervous system states
simple ways to use movement, breath, and stillness to shift how you feel
This is not just educational, it’s experiential. You’ll be guided through gentle movement, somatic practices, and restorative yoga so you can feel the difference in your body… not just understand it.
There will also be space for reflection and conversation, because so much of this work is meant to be shared and witnessed. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools you can return to in your everyday life.
