Join us for FREE yoga every Thursday night in Travelers Rest. Do some shopping at the market, do some yoga and then grab dinner from your favorite food truck! We wil be there each week from 6-7pm leading some all levels yoga to wind down your work week. Classes are socially distant and there is plenty of room for all.
