This foundational training explores essential practices of breathwork, asana (yoga postures), and meditation, offering you tools for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You'll gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience with:

Core breathing techniques

Foundational yoga postures with alignment and modifications

Accessible meditation practices

Skeletal and muscular anatomy applied to each asana group

Adapting your practice to honor your unique body and energy

Whether you're a curious student or a current teacher, this course offers both depth and accessibility. You’ll walk away with a strong foundation for safe, sustainable practice — and a powerful toolkit for personal growth. This course is an opportunity to deepen your understanding, build confidence in your practice, and connect with a supportive community.

Saturdays & Sundays | 9:00am – 6:00pm (Includes a 1-hour break for lunch)

Tuition Options

Pay in Full:

  • $1,750 – Early Bird (by September 1)

  • $2,000 – Regular (after September 1)

Installment Plan:

  • 8 monthly payments of $250

  • Deposit due by October 1
