30 days to nurture and heal in the quiet of your own sanctuary.
Each day we will join together virtually for a guided breathwork, lovingkindness meditation, yin poses and variations of sun salutations. Repetition will be used to help you build an inner template to keep your home practice going long after our 30 days have ended. Allow the daily meditation and breathwork to nourish you from the inside out for a feeling that lasts well beyond our hour together.
This is a class series and we encourage you to commit to all 30 days to see what happens! Classes will be offered live Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be days off. However, if you wish to keep it going, Liz will send you links to a few recordings so you can practice weekends on your own. Join in your pajamas. Cameras on or off.
