This class can help you strengthen muscles to alleviate common aches and pains, weakness and “locked knees.” In this class, we will:
focus on anatomy of the knee and the muscles surrounding the knee
learn simple exercises to target and strengthen those muscles
learn proper alignment for strength and comfort in your yoga practice
enjoy a flow class to reinforce newly learned techniques
