Join Samantha for unique in-person workshop to restore, nourish and replenish after a very long year. This workshop will consist of a supported asana (yoga pose) sequence, mantra (words in Sanskrit), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. This will aid in the facilitation of nourishing and replenishing the mind, body and spirit of which we are all in need of after this last year.
