Return home to Mother Nature to connect with your true nature. The support of a mindful group hike with fellow Greenville Yogis will help you breathe in the fresh crisp air, feel the textures of nature around you, and remind you of your acceptance by nature. She will help hold all you’ve been through this past year.
Participants will be encouraged to hike at their comfortable pace and acknowledge each other along the way with warm eyes and smiles. They will be asked to take moments of pause along the way to “earth” by stopping to breathe deeper & feel the sights around them.
Following the hike, a yoga movement practice will be offered to help practitioners recover, stretch, and rebalance energy. A relaxation & meditation of thanks for all the year has offered us with an option to journal will conclude the practice portion.
Community sharing and visiting time will close this event. Some snacks will be provided or bring some to share with the group.
