Join Heather Marshall for a workshop that incorporates mindfulness practice, heart opening yoga and writing to tap into what we are all feeling just now, what our body wisdom has to tell us, and what steps we might take as a result of harvesting that wisdom.
Class will be limited to 8-10 people so you can be six feet apart and will be held in a covered, open-air barn. Wear a mask until you are on your mat. Take it off to practice yoga and put back on when it's time to go.
