Take a break and join us for some well-deserved rest and relaxation! Community Nap AKA ‘Yoga Nidra’ is guided meditation that replenishes body, mind & heart. Led by the magical, Sonci Carey.
This class offers a peaceful and rejuvenating experience that is designed to help release stress and tension from the body. No experience is necessary, this meditation is practiced laying down, using yoga props for extra comfort. All are welcome, dress cozy and feel free bring your favorite blankie. Rest is best!
