Strong Booty + Strong Core = Healthy Lower Back!
This workshop focuses on the lower back and will introduce you to the muscles that are most important for the health of your lower back. We will be doing a sequence focused on strengthening our core and a sequence to help you explore and understand the role your biggest booty muscle - gluteus maximus, plays in the health of your lower back. (Spoiler alert: your biggest hip flexor the psoas and the booty need to cooperate!) We will also include deep stretches and releasing poses, since the release of cramped muscles is a key element to the health of the lower back.
