Today marks the beginning of 2013 and the possibility of what is yet to come. This afternoon, I was fortunate enough to breathe with intention in a room full of inspiring people. They were all there to create an intention and breathe it to life in the new year. I know it helped seal my intention as well.
My personal intention for 2013 is to DARE GREATLY. (Thank you Brené Brown for posting this in a blog over a year ago and writing an entire book to help us on this path.) Some days this may be daring to let go, others it will be to wake up and put one foot in front of the other. Most days my daring will come in the form of letting myself be seen as I am. I hope to learn more, judge less and enjoy life with a heart full of gratitude. Whether your intention is to let go, to do less, be more, or to move toward a specific goal; may these words inspire you and may you have a year of ‘daring greatly.’
