Today’s post is a bit more interactive… Recently, we have traveled to California, Rhode Island, and Vermont, alone and with family. When we were in California, we were on retreat and practiced a lot of yoga each day. The other trips were in the car with small children. I had to find time to sneak yoga into my day without children jumping on me. Some days were easier than others. I realized that others may run into the same thing.
