If the benefits of meditation were to come in a pill, there’s no limit to what we would pay.
For those of you embarking the path of meditation, here is another recording. The first six minutes focus on relaxation and the simple act of breathing. The second six minutes focus on stability using the body as a focal point. There are other ways to practice stability in shamata which I will post soon. Enjoy!
