You all know how important the breath is to us by now. If you don’t know, it may just be because you haven’t taken a class at Greenville Yoga yet. The breath has so many subtleties and so many important functions that it is often hard to explain in one class session. We have spent the last 13 years studying breath initiated movement- personally and as yoga teachers. The life changes have been countless. Perhaps our teacher, Max Strom, explains best the power of the breath and conscious breath-movement practices in his video “Learn to Breathe.” Below is the introduction to the video.
