Here is a quick way to warm up the body and breath with half sun salutations…

 

This video was taken during one of our teacher training classes.  I didn’t know Kimmie was filming so this is informal, but will give you a good idea where to begin.  Pay special attention to the half way up position.  This is where we see students injure low backs.  Knees are bent so finger tips are on the earth and the heart pulls forward.  Weight is on the balls of the feet. We hope this helps you in your own practice each day.
